the breakfast had plenty of options. It was really good. the pool and spa area include a good-sized pool. there is also a sauna, a jacuzzi and a fabulous outdoor thermal pool. the location is nice and close to some good pubs.
The room was a bit tired. The wallpaper was coming away in several places. it wasn't pristinely clean, especially the bathroom.

The room included a double bed and basic furnishings. It was clean. the bathroom featured standard fixtures. we had a small tv with cable channels, and we had a small safe.

I found the location excellent and the room was a good size. I appreciated the soundproof rooms and the carpeted corridors. The staff were very great, nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was great (especially the full English!).

Gavin made amazing cocktails from scratch, and Jonah on reception provided the best service. Phyllis in the restaurant was also excellent.

i have visited this hotel often.. i always find a relaxing experience. access to the spa, swimming, and gym offers a real double treat. i noticed some recent improvements like new carpets. i look forward to my next visit and bringing my grandson.
the bar and restaurant were rather empty, with not many staff present to engage..

The staff were consistently helpful. They were polite and attentive from the front desk to the restaurant. The room provided a good, large space with a large bed. Everything was super clean (including the surfaces and linens). I enjoyed having access to the modern and clean pool and sauna rooms. The restaurant food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable.
I found that the bathrooms looked a bit old-fashioned.
